I am a hard-working and self-directed person who earned academic scholarships all throughout her college years. After which, I got a job as a Call Center Representative, and got to enhance my communications skills, became more detailed and professional in all documentations as well as learnt about the best ways to deal with different cultures. In a short amount of time and due to my consistent good performance, I was appointed as a Subject Matter Expert, which developed my auditing and coaching skills. Eventually, I got to work as a Quality Analyst which entails having to perfect proper time management, leadership, transcriptioning, presentation and administrative skills.
I am knowledgeable with using Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Visio. I also have experience using social media and networking applications such as Facebook, Youtube, Yahoo Mail & Yahoo Messenger, Skype, Google+ & Gmail, Twitter and LinkedIn.
