i am a persevere person, hard working, motivated, and has job dedication. i am also trainable, fast learner and i can handle pressure particularly when negotiating or talking to the customer because i LET the customer L- i let the customer to what he was complaining about.
E- i empathize and try to calm him or her down (if tension occurred)
T- i try to find the best possible solution or best offer to resolved his request or any concern. sometimes being my weakness which is obsessive compulsive sometimes it become my strength in studying and specially in working. because i always do the task that will be given to me accurately and wanted to make it as early as possible, so whatever job would be given to me i know in my self that i can handle it a with all my very best to and I'm going to strive for the betterment of everyone.
