I've worked in a third party company wherein I'm responsible in monitoring of trouble tickets sent through email by the client. I also do the status report, based on data given by point-of-contact and the information I collected; which will be published in SharePoint. I know pretty well in the MS Word, Excel and Power Point. I’m well trained in creating process flow documentation. Investigating issues and provides detailed resolution within the given period is one of my skills.
