Profile Description

There is more to me than just being a professional nurse. Being able to
work as a technical support representative in a BPO, I have the skills of customer service, educated with the use of internet and CVOip technology and the skills in the use of computer and typing speed. Having a lot of free time gives me the chance to try and learn new things even though it's out
of my chosen profession. I believe that school diploma is not the end of learning and profession must not limit the skills you must possess. Even in the hospital, I am not limited in just providing care to my patients but doing a lot of paper works too. I was part of a team that developed an antenatal booklet, dong research on the content and design of the final product. Our manager also makes us do our statistics and reports via Excel and we are into extensive research for our on-going improvements for our procedures, policies and guidelines for our unit
