i have worked in a bpo industry as a customer service representative for almost 2 years. i have basic knowledge about computer such as MS WORD, EXCEL and POWER POINT. I'm also good in customer service orientation with an ability to probe or inquire to meet customer needs. I can easily follow instructions and can work with minimum supervision. being a customer service representative means you would always encounter irate customers yet i know how to pacify them when they're already upset. I want a long term stable job where i can apply all my skills and help the company achieve its goals and objectives with honesty, dedication and passion.
