Profile Description

I have wide experience and skills in the BPO industry especially in
Sales and Customer service. During the past 9 years, I have proven
myself to be the best in what I do. I have tried everything from
pure telemarketing, hard core selling, appointment setting, lead
generation, customer service support, admin assistant to managing my
own team, creating a virtual office of my own and being the boss of
my own business. I have enjoyed this career for over 9 years
already. My passion has not changed until now. When I worked outside
the country such as Singapore & Australia, I still work as a
customer service and sales representative to respected companies.
Now, as I have moved to Australia on a Student Visa (Dependent to my
husband who is the student) I am still working from home and doing
some freelance projects. I tried to work in a call center in
Melbourne and lasted for a year but decided to go back to working
home based. I realized that I have more time with my family while
still earning dollars at the comfort of my home.
I am currently working for Casual employment on part time hours
(once a week only) as my employer does not have any heavy workloads.
But my goal, is to find a full time employment where I can be part
of a company that can utilize my expertise.
