I've worked in a call center for 2 years and 5 months in Information and Technology Products and Services Dept. I do appointment setting, lead generation for US clients offering IT Products and Services. I've called for multiple accounts and products ranging from VOIP, IT Managed Services, Expense Reduction, Pay-per click Campaigns, SEO, Website Design, Call to Invites, IT Softwares and Services. Basically, what we do is to identify the needs of the prospects and qualify them according to clients' specifications. When I started doing online jobs,
I've had clients from Australia, UK and all over US. I've called for a directory listing campaign, Insurance Brokerage, Website Design and SEO. I've also worked as a VA to a company in CA and I did some admin tasks, light blogging and commenting and stuff...
