I have a degree in Bachelor of Science in commerce major in Management. I have a broad experience as a Customer Service Representative for 5 years. I
Called for Chase Bank, a U.S. Account and Capital One, a Canadian account, Our primary task is to sell Credit cards and other related services.
I also received calls
for Virgin Mobile UK, assisting existing customers with their concerns regarding their current telephone plan. And inquiries of possible new customers. also responsible in helping Virgin Mobile US in activating their phones.
I worked as a Manager of KFC Philippines for 2 years. I'm responsible for decision-making and over-all management of the restaurant. This includes, Labor handling,Crew's schedule and their time keeping. Projection of stocks including raw materials and packaging. I'm also responsible in training newly hired restaurant team members and other development programs for the team.
Organize files such as submission of redeemed gift certificates, petty cash voucher, official receipts, form for direct suppliers and
preparing permits for the store.
In addition to my extensive customer service experience, I have excellent communication skills. I always maintain a professional manner in communicating with people including customers and colleagues.
