I've been working as a full-cycle recruiter since 2010. I strive to provide quality service to candidates, companies and clients. My experiences working for international executive search and IT/technical staffing firms, the BPO industry as a recruitment specialist, plus other significant work experiences in customer support, provide me with the right tools and skills to perform recruitment and staffing support jobs effectively. 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years solid work experience in the recruitment industry
• Relevant experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and executive search
• Adept at sourcing for quality candidates using Boolean search technique
• Solid experience in using various social media venues and online job boards such as LinkedIn, Monster, Dice and CareerBuilder
• Working knowledge of Bullhorn, TempWorks, Beeline, FieldGlass, Taleo Applicant Tracking System and Zoho
• Computer savvy with solid understanding of various hardware and software
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
