I have acquired a particular set of skills that would make me become an effective Customer Service Representative and Administrative support. I also became a Real Estate Virtual Assistant in few companies in USA, Australia and South Africa. My previous job trained me well and I can use this as an advantage to your reputable company. I was also a market researcher for the past three years and that experience would be useful if I were to become a Customer Representative. I know when to become persuasive or not. To push or let go. I am aggressive but not rude/pushy towards client's participation during surveys. Those qualities I think can help best serve whatever work that may involve communication and interaction with clients. When I became a virtual assistant, I was exposed to email support, article writing,live chat response, telemarketing, setting appointments, online research, transcribing,preparing leases, showed properties for real estate companies,answer inbound calls, set up meetings, training staff and honed my skills on MS applications. I am more than willing to be trained in any task that will be assigned to me. I am looking forward to working full time and to be an asset to your prestigious company. I have a stable connection and own computer. Currently, I don't have a full time job so you can count on my to start the soonest possible time.
