Profile Description

I can work in any financial accounts as I have had trainings in handling all credit card concerns including fraud and investigations as well as consumer banking such as savings and checking accounts. I have also been in a telecommunications account and my work include troubleshooting mobile phone and dongle. I have also been a technical support for cable internet and I have handled customers of these companies via phone and chat.
I am very trainable and I do not stop unless the work is done and on time. I am a very good listener especially to the customers while I always put in mind that I work according to my client's interest.
I want to work with a company where I'd grow by continuously learning and where my skills and knowledge will be appreciated.
