I'm a Freight Virtual Assistant with hands-on training in freight operations and real-world experience providing outsourced Track & Trace support for logistics operations.

Through my training and outsourced work, I've supported freight brokers, carriers, and logistics teams by monitoring shipments, communicating with drivers and dispatchers, and ensuring timely updates from pickup through delivery. I understand how critical visibility, communication, and accurate reporting are to keeping freight moving efficiently.

• Track & Trace support from pickup to delivery
• Driver check calls and shipment monitoring

I'm familiar with tools such as BTMS for shipment status updates, DAT One (formerly DOFT) load boards, carrier websites including TForce, Old Dominion, and Estes, freight class calculators, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office applications.
