I am an experienced Customer Sales Representative, Quality Assurance Analyst, and a Talent Acquisition Manager.
Working in a BPO industry, I've been assigned to various accounts such as T-Mobile, SONY, HTC, NOKIA, APPLE, and Academic Degrees.
I started out at Teletech as a customer sales representative. The job is to provide customer service support to the organization b y obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner, specifically troubleshooting.
I was then promoted as a talent acquisition manager on the same BPO company, in which I was tasked to handle both external and internal hiring efforts.
Later on, I took a job with Academic Degrees as a quality assurance analyst, wherein I needed to listen to each an every call the representatives made and make sure that the call passes the required standards.
