I'm currently doing Customer Service on a Part Time basis, providing answers and resolutions to customers on their purchase concerns. On the side,less than 10 hours a week hour I'm doing the transcription on as needed basis from business conference, personal, journal interview, youtube clips to parts of legal transcription. I also had an opportunity to do outbound calls by doing appointment selling and hard selling from Insurance to advertisement services. I've had teaching ESL teaching experience to Koreans, Chinese and Thais for five years
