Profile Description

My current job includes analyzing the business based on its daily, weekly and monthly performances, forecasting the numbers (of calls) that will come in based on the historical data, and scheduling the number of people needed based on the numbers that was forecasted. My job also includes monitoring the daily performance of the business and making necessary adjustments in the schedules to ensure that the target will be met. I am also responsible in sending reports to the clients.
All of my reports are done in MS Word and Excel thus, i know how to use it pretty well.
I can work well with quantitative and qualitative facts and figures.
I am a very reliable person and can work even without supervision.
