Profile Description

I am a designer by profession and passion, currently living and working full-time in Cebu, Philippines. 

I focus on brand design and development as well as designing high converting web designs and user centric interfaces.

I'm currently working as a Design Manager / Director leading a team of 12 web designers. I provide design direction to individually managed and group projects according to high converting design principles and practices as well as reviewing finished design works for quality and consistency. I also oversee the day to day operations of the design team including coaching and mentoring of team members. 

I have also vast experience in working hand in hand with clients including brainstorming and collaborative sessions in order to meet their goals and expectations. 

At least 15 years of experience in the arts and design industry and working in various multi-national companies has contributed a lot to my abilities and set of skills.

A fast learner who possesses strong communication skills, highly motivated and always ready to deliver.
