I started my career as a call center representative as a technical support for ADSL for 6months then transferred to another LOB for tech support this time for Android support for ( Motorola ) for a year.
Being a tech support rep I find it challenging in fixing customer's problems that sometimes become complicated if you don't listen well. Some of the new things that I learned from it becomes useful in everyday life so I find the job more interesting.
I also managed to work as a customer account executive for a year from account summary up to sales and order taking, process return and refund I was able to acccomodate in one call.
