I recently was managing a small business with my friends here. My work in the business involved operations, accounting, inventory and sales reports so basically more on the supervisory level in itself.
Prior to that, I spent 4 years as a tenured Technical Support Professional under Stream Global Services call center support with Dell computers' Corporate Businesses for Government/Federal Accounts in Cebu, which lasted from March of 2007 to November of 2011. My job involved phone/chat/email support for Dell's corporate clients. The job was both technical since we troubleshot with the customers over the phone, thru email, chat, or remote access and customer service as well since we catered customer complaints and made sure they were pacified and assured of a resolution to their complaints. The job also required proficiency on both oral and written English knowledge in Microsoft Office, the Internet, Basic Networking Essentials, Wired or Wireless Networking, and computer software/hardware support.
