I'm currently working in a call center, under I.T. department as I.T. Help desk support and Agent. I have a huge knowledge in computer as we cater 'Super cheap IT" account in our department, our account caters all PC issues, just last month, i was able to get the "agent of the month" award"
which makes me eligible for this type of job. I have a broad knowledge in regards to customer service. i love to deal with people and help them with technical issues.
I love multimedia, specially Photo editing and video editing, I' am not that professional yet, but in term of my capabilities, I can level up with those who are tenured.
