VoIP Engineer / NOC Support, IT Specialist, Network Administ

I'm VoIP Engineer with 8 years of experience working as a Network Operation Center(NOC) and Technical Support from an Australian VoIP company. I’m responsible for monitoring network performance, servicing servers, network and telecommunication equipment in data centres and responding to alerts that indicate potential problems with the infrastructure. FreePBX is the platform we use for our client phone system. I help maintain, manage, diagnose and solve hardware or software faults and may provide support in person, over the phone, or via remote desktop software. I’m an IT Specialist from my previous job.
