Profile Description
I currently work as a Confirmit Survey Programmer in an HR Consulting firm. In order for someone to use confirmit, they will have to know at least basic HTML, CSS, and javascript. And in order to process the data when the survey closes out, we also have to use MS Excel. I have been in the company for 1 year.
I also have great analytical skills, for technical side of things, I worked as a technical support representative in a call center, and also worked as an Application Support analyst in a software company. I know how to deliver good customer service and for the past 6 years, I believe I was able to hone these soft skills to manage clients effectively.
