- As a Quality Assurance supervisor, I"m responsible for ensuring the quality of our online survey conducted by our market researchers. We guarantee the accuracy of all survey programs.
We also listen to foreign agents and rate their performance based on these criterias: enunciation, pronounciation, their ability to follow directionals and the like.
