VIRTUAL ADMIN SUPERVISOR
TASK SET UP - Study and set up the new tasks or projects given by clients.
TASK TRAINING - Provide live and/or recorded training to the team
TASK EVALUATION - Check and evaluate the VAs performance
VA MONITORING - Monitor VAs time, schedule, performance and others. Discipline and encourage VAs to provide quality performance
HR SKILLS - Interview, evaluate and hire VAs
TEAM SUPPORT - Provide solutions and tools for the team that will enhance the team's performance
PROJECT TEAM COORDINATOR - Accepts projects from clients, train VAs to work on thg project, follow ups and deliver the project on time.
VIRTUAL ADMIN ASSISTANT, BOOKKEEPER
VIRTUAL ASSISTANT- assisting the company through preparing the weekly marketing reports in spreadsheets, invoicing, preparing broker commission, entering new management agreements, managing and organizing the broker files or documents and performing various tasks asked/requested by supervisors and employers
BANK RECONCILIATION-Reconcile bank and book records of deposits, withdrawals and bank charges
PAYROLL PROCESSING-Prepare semi-monthly payroll, payroll deductions, payslips, and remittances to government agencies
BOOKKEEPING-Daily preparation of journal entries, end of day/end of month adjustments, keeping of financial records and others
TAX PREPARATION-Monthly preparation and submission of MAP and monthly payment of taxes withheld.
DATA ENCODING-Encoding of data from PDF to WORD and making of various helpful documents for easier format and calculations (Word/Excel)
CUSTOMER RELATIONS-Managing healthy relationships with clients while maintaining the company's interests
