I've been to a BPO industry like a call center industry for more than 2years now. And my first experience was, I've been to a technical support team where we are the one who do things like troubleshooting any problems with the internet connections, setting up wireless connections, password resets for emails, setting up virus protection for customer's computer and we even schedule technicians for customers if connection needs to be checked from the customer's end.
After these, I've been a data encoder for another company where in as a team, we are the one who feed the system for the right product codes for the company to trace down the in and out of all the products we do have inside the warehouse. we also encode those returned products to be deducted to the one's being taken out from the warehouse to achieve a balanced report at the end of the week since we are making our reports weekly.
My last experience was with a call center industry again in a different company with a different campaign. This time I was one of those who activates cable boxes for customer's cable service. This is our main job. We also troubleshoots affected or disrupted cable services, checking line connections and we as well assist customers in paying their bills, transferring to another department for their phone and internet services' concern.
And now I am seeking for an opportunities that will enhance my experience and somehow i can use those experiences in making you or your business achieve your goal of success in the future.
