Profile Description

I am presently working as an assistant and close-in security. Much of my work includes administrative tasks like writing letters and requests, answering phone calls and researching information from the internet. It's been similar to my first job in Thailand as executive secretary to a businessman who supplies mining shipments to different parts of the world. Apart from answering email inquiries, I was also managing and updating the company website with my basic knowledge in html.
I have experienced working with foreigners using English as mode of communication. As a Customer Representative and Case Manager at top call center companies in the Philippines, I have learned so much especially in dealing with different kinds of customers with the aim of satisfying them.
Also my stint as a teacher in English to all levels of learners will tell you much of me as a person of patience, hard-worker and very much willing to learn more in order to improve myself and to be able to give my best to whatever I do.
