English Tutor Experience:
I’ve been an English tutor for Korean students for almost 3 years.
I teach them basic written/oral English.
Being a tutor is not easy, you need full determination and you have to extend your patience in order to teach your students well. To be a successful tutor you need to set your goals/ objectives that you need to meet at the end of every session. You need to focus on the weak side of your student.
oral/written exams must be given after each session
Call Center Experience:
During the span of my work as a call center representative my English communication whether in speaking or writing had been enhanced.
I worked 9 hours a day to accommodate respective concerns from customers with regards to their prepaid/postpaid mobile phones. Despite the tiring hours of duty it’s still a wonderful experience to help other people in your own simple ways.
Company Nurse Experience:
Being a company nurse, I learned to manage employees with diverse personalities. Good communication skill is also needed for productive employer-employee relationship. You may not be working in the huge hospitals still you have the same responsibilities w/ those staff nurses that is to take care of people and to make sure that wellness, safety and health learning must be provided in the workplace.
It’s not really a tiresome job compared to hospital based nursing.
I also give written information to employees regarding several diseases which may be present in the work area.
I also give written tips on how to prevent such diseases. I never fail to give written instructions on every medication I dispensed including the Drug classification, action, dosage, indication, contraindications as well as its side-effects/adverse effects.
Data Encoding
I have friends who often requested me to input their report's drafts in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
I also have Korean students who paid me to encode their English reports, or school reports.
As a company nurse, it is also my obligation to keep track on our clinic supplies/medications through inventory so I was able to familiarize MS excel.
