I have been working with BPOs for almost 5 years and I can almost certainly say that I know it like the back of my hand. It is mostly customer service and I have learned some best practices that enabled me to help out a customer to the best of my knowledge and abilities. I have also worked for a Technical Support LOB which the knowledge and the skills that I gained helped me to a certain point that I can share my own knowledge to the customers. I am very self-directed and can work on my own whenever possible. I would like to be able to work full time and long term stable job for me to earn for myself, but to also help your company grow and meet your goals.
