Profile Description

I have been working in the BPO industry for over four years now. I was a telemarketer before. I was able to handle and work with different teams before to improve sales. I had been a team leader. I was also a Sales Coach and a Trainer. I was able to balance my time in creating reports, assisting my agents, handle meetings and even to take calls.
I am still part of the Quality department in a different company currently. I had been a Quality Analyst for more than a year for a program. MS Excel is needed in my job to create complicated reports and give a clear picture of the data that operations need from me. I also handle the internship program for the same post. Facilitation skill is not a problem. Talking in front of the class excites me most. Interacting with people in a discussion is always fun.
I give my coaching through writing. I believe that I get my messages across in clear and concise manner.
I am also the Vice-President of the Rotaract club of Bacolod North. I head the planning and implementation of the activities that we do for different communities.
