Profile Description

Over the past few years after graduating, I took a few jobs here and there, however short they are the experience were really great. I had my first work experience in a precision manufacturing company. As a final inspection support personnel various functions were given that included data verification, matching build records against hardware, reviews of test data, report/chart creations and, debugging and creating database back-ups when necessary. It was here where I learned that attention to detail and teamwork means a lot in every job function. I also took a job as a technical support agent for AT&T. As agents, our job is to handle calls from customers in need of assistance with regards to their internet connection. The work includes collecting customer information while at the same time entering the data on a dedicated software, determining customer issue based on the descriptions and verbal cues, providing appropriate solutions as well as guiding them with every steps and, ensuring customer satisfaction. From time to time, I also work as a computer technician dealing with PC trouble shooting and maintenance.
I have good knowledge in PHP and MySql for back-end web development and HTML, and CSS for front-end. I am a beginner on Wordpress and have a long way to go to become an expert. I have good knowledge in Photoshop, and MS office applications like MS Word, Excel, etc.
