I've worked in a BPO setting for more than 5 years now. I have learned lots of things during those times. I specialized in providing excellent customer for banking banking institution and sales company. I have a high typing skill speed and can multi-task. I can also work in minimal supervision, have attention to details and efficient in every work that is provided to me.
My highest accomplishment working in a call center industry was being a Team Lead and working as a Peer Coach. I also spear-headed our CSAT drive which was a great success.
