I have been a call center agent for almost 2 years now. The job of course requires me to interact with clients/customers through phone or voice, email and chat. In this type of business, active listening and multitasking are very important skills. I can certainly say that I have both skills and I am constantly improving with the two. I am a Nursing graduate and a Registered Nurse and one skill
that I can certainly be proud of which I got from nursing is my attention to detail. I am also knowledgeable in computer applications such as MS Office, and is internet savvy. I also worked as an executive assistant for a consulting firm. I also designated to do clerical work then. I am also good at writing business letters.
