I have 2 years and 4 months experienced as technical suppor/IT helpdesk in BPO industry. We mainly assist customers through phone regarding on any technical problems from their computers hardware and software. We also perform remote session (RDP) to gain access fix and troubleshoot any problems. I also worked as virtual assistant/web designer for almost 4 yrs I used handle diffirent website using wordpress and joomla platform. I also setup autoresponder. Aside from that, I made graphic design jobs like creating banner, header, ebook covers. I have done some SEO task using seo software like SEnuke and link dominator.
