Profile Description

Working in an I.T. company for about 2 and half years, I started as a Technical Support for Multi Function Peripherals(MFP). We are handling printing and scanning problems of all the MFP Line up. After several months, I started to handle one of the 3rd party software that are company is offering which is the Document Management Solution. I became part of the Pre/Post Sales Support. Basically we handle the presentation, implementation and support of the said solution. Handling this solution made my public speaking skill better, I experienced being a speaker to some of the universities in manila wherein we gave the graduating students the idea about the latest technology "Cloud Computing". Then our company partnered with the largest Telco in the country and launched the first Document Management Solution via Cloud. We provided the Software, MFP and the Pre/Post Sales Support for this large project. I became part of the team that support this Telco on the presentation, implementation and support of the product. I got the number 1 spot for the best presenter for the said project. Recently, I became the Project Manager on one of the projects that our company had during the last quarter of 2011 up to the first quarter of 2012. I managed the manpower and the whole project within its duration.
I also had an experienced in handling Windows Server 2003/2008. I am also knowledgeable with Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom.
