I have worked for various companies in the past that required me to speak English on a daily-basis. As as a collections agent for Bank of America, I do outbound calling on which I contact clients who have delinquent accounts ranging from 30-90 days. We help them manage their accounts to go back to current standing & set-up monthly payment schemes so to avoid being delinquent again. Apart from this, I was also able to familiarize myself with the different States & cities in the US as well as the provinces in Canada as a Directory Assistant Agent from the same Company.
Apart from this, I have also worked as a Operations Associate for HSBC Global Banking & Markets. I handle trades for US & UK Markets and make sure that these trades are pre-matched before the settlement date. It is basically more on Stock Exchange & Equities. I contact the counterparties to make sure that the trade information in the system are correct.
