I have 1 year and 10 months experience as a level 2 technical support representative for one USA's biggest cable and internet provider. During that time I received the top agent award twice as well as an award for Best in Customer Service. I know my way around the internet very well and can work unsupervised once trained. I do know how to use Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom but its actually for photographic work. I also know my way around MS Word.
Currently I am employed for an online travel agency as part of its operations team. My duties include booking flights for passengers, handling airline schedule changes, as well as ticketing their flights. I am also responsible for getting in touch with passengers via phone or email as well as with airlines.
Although I have not had any training whatsoever in regard to data-entry I am willing to be trained. I am also willing to do overtime whenever it is needed. I don't have a problem working in a team and I don't mind exchanging ideas to make work more efficient.
I am looking for a stable company, it doesn't matter whether its a start up or an established one as long as its a company that I can grow with.
