My most recent employment was with Skyfu LLC Inc. which is based in Kirkland, WA USA as an offshore supervisor.
I've worked for the company from July 2011- June 2012.
Some of my responsibilities include, screening and hiring new applicants for Philippine-based employees; training and assigning tasks to team members; monitoring attendance and payroll tasks; and various admin work for the owners of the company.
I've also worked for SC Reservations Phils. Inc., one of the centers of Intercontinental Hotels Group.
I was able to work in different departments while in the company that includes: customer support via phone, email and chat. It deals with queries from both hotel guests and employees. I was also assigned to a back office department that handles and generates reports for hotels under the Intercontinental umbrella.
I stayed with the company from November 2003 up to December 2008.
