I have more than 5 years of experience in Customer Service and Account Management. I am computer literate and is knowledgeable in SAP. My last job was more on after sales support, I provide the customers' monthly/weekly order status report in order for them to be able to track their orders with us. I answer customers' inquiries and provide them updates about the status of their order. I also served as the logistics admin support for the company, I do administrative tasks assigned by the Logistics Manager. I generate reports every two hours and coordinate with the logistics manager based in Australia regarding shipment deliveries.
