As it is essential in performing tasks related to Human Resource I have developed relevant skills on conducting interviews, administering and scoring psychological tests, and preparing timekeeping and payroll. I am also well equipped with basic skills that are necessary for every position, that is Computer Literacy, particularly in Word and Excel, and Interpersonal Skills. All of the mentioned skills were acquired through education (having finished a Bachelors Degree in Psychology), enhanced by trainings (having attended eighteen relevant seminars related to Psychology), and practiced at work (had a 5 month experience in Compensation and Benefits prior to current work as Human Resource Assistant- Compensation and Benefits). I consider it an obligation to nurture and update myself, thus, I always apportion time reading articles and attending seminars and trainings related to my field-- Psychology.
Apart from my skills, I can confidently say that I can be innovative and adaptable. I do not settle for theories, often I combine them with out of the book strategies that I think is timely and appropriate for the organization's current situation.
*I am very much willing to discuss the details of my trainings, experience, and education through an interview
