Profile Description

Initial academic knowledge, training, and experience earned me the skills in community organizing that later became a community development specialist and practicing community development consultant; fond of conducting strategic development planning workshops; writing and packaging technical documents such as; community/organizational development plan, project proposal, organizational program design, community research/studies and packaging of project accomplishments and project evaluation. Consultancy services related to; community organizing/development; prepare training program/design and conduct training and facilitation related to various development themes (environment, gender and development, economic and enterprise development, polity and good governance, children and youth development, education, women and community health, etc.). Acquired skills in drafting policy, and policy championing/advocacy.
