I have done writing a virtual assistant blog at wordpress(http://amazingleoda.wordpress.com/).
I also learn and self study different tools and programs on my blog such as Animoto, Evernote, Google Drive, Dropbox, and Shortstack.
I learn how to use spreadheets, presentation, words, Gmail, online payments, paypal, although I don't consider myself an expert on those tools.
I am very teachable and willing to learn new applications to improve my skills as new virtual assistant. .
