Profile Description

I've been in Sales for around 8 years , from Retail, Insurance, Manufacturing and Bank Industry.
I used to work as Admin Assistant for a Manufacturing company is Singapore.
Being an Admin Assistant, I am responsible for the following :
•Managing & Maintaining a good & current customer database
•Preparing Sales work order/instruction
•Answer customer calls and at time assist Sales team to generate simple quotation and follow up with customer for order acquisition.
•Provide business administrative support to Sales Manager and Sales team on tender submission, Service Work Orders, new account creation, publicity and promotion, organise monthly sales meeting, prepare Service Agreement for submission.
•Working closely with Service Operations department on order fulfilment, Sales and commercial issues.
