My diverse experience in IT has equipped me with the skills to provide exceptional service. For three years, I served as a System Support at NCCC Mall of Davao, followed by three years as an IT staff at Brokenshire Memorial Hospital. My dedication and hard work paid off when I was promoted to IT Unit Manager, a position I held for six years. I also served as an IT Supervisor at Brokenshire Hotel-Resort and Convention Center. One of my most significant responsibilities was training newly hired cashiers, and I was responsible for troubleshooting networks, computers, and systems used in the company. I provided excellent customer support to all users through phone calls, emails, and an in-house Customer Relations Management system. Currently, I work as a Supply Chain Management Supervisor, where I supervise the operation of the Purchasing and central supply room units. I negotiate with suppliers about their benefits and other matters that require discussion with them.

I meticulously checked that all features were seamlessly integrated with the operation's process flow to ensure smooth functioning. In case of any errors, I immediately documented them and alerted the system developer for prompt resolution. Given that the program was outsourced, it was of utmost importance that we ensured the system's flawless performance.

With my extensive proficiency in computer software installation and troubleshooting, I am well-versed in using a variety of programs, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and SQL.
