I’ve been with the BPO industry for three years. I started as a Technical Support Representative and moved up the ladder to become a Team Manager for a Canadian Account. I handled a team with 30 agents and two team leaders. My main role was to ensure that my team was well motivated. I consistently provided positive, fair and committed leadership to the team. I recognized the team’s scarcity and developed action plans to resolve the challenges in a timely manner. I performed monitoring for quality assurance and accomplished related reports. I actively pursued the team environment focused on achieving the goal.
I have attended trainings regarding Management and Leadership skills, Customer Service and Phone Handling, Business Email Writing and Etiquette and my technical expertise include MS Office, Internet and Email.
I am most eager to implement my experience and all the new things I will be learning to contribute to the organization I'll be working with. I am ready for any test you might want to give me prior to getting hired.
