My recent work experience was as a customer service / financial adviser for JP Morgan and Chase in the auto finance department at a captive site located in Cebu, Philippines. I assisted customers with inquiries, account updates and changes. I also gained experience and skills in analyzing difficult situations and problems and coming up with solutions to resolve them.
I have experience in marketing through email marketing and social media marketing with facebook and twitter. I also have experience in product research development.
I am a very hardworking,responsible, self motivated person. I am also very open to learning and new experiences therefore would be open to training for skills that I may not have. I am looking for a long term stable job and a good learning experience.
I am flexible and can adapt well to changes.
I am also very analytical and can problem-solve.
I am very
knowledgeable in microsoft office programs like word, excel and powerpoint and love to surf the internet and use social media like facebook and twitter.
