I am currently employed in an Ad Serving company and handles general technical support. I am currently the go to person when it comes to ad reporting issues and billing related concerns. I handle varied issues from Ads not served in publisher sites, Ads not shown in Geo-targeted locations, Basic report discrepancy issues. Was previously employed in a web-hosting company as a supervisor of a support team. There I handled issues ranging from websites not accessible to server compatibility or server side issues.
I am quite familiar with cms applications troubleshooting, Rich media Ads troubleshooting and basic web reports analysis.
