Profile Description

My job requires me to handle and organize complex data for presentation to the production team. We use Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint to present these information. I have also done project coordination with Japan HQ and Philippine Factory to make sure Design Review Stage of New Product schedules and requirements are delivered as planned.

My current online experience includes 3 months online transcription for Customer Support Voice Calls from US Call Centers and a data entry and research job listing ASX companies. I also did similar jobs during my last year at college.

I want to do freelance/part time jobs at first to try things out - what projects I do and enjoy best - and from there pursue more work to build my online experience.

I work with a North American Client to resolve issues on their B2B/B2C Platform debugging issues that occur on their software. I have demonstrated mastery on the order fulfillment business processes - order flow, refunds, cancellations, etc. I communicate with the client to understand their issue and provide comprehensive RCA that the client is able to understand, giving them confidence regarding the resolution of cases. I work with configuration and do some code-fixes for issue resolution and provide support on new feature.
