Profile Description

I just recently quit from Sitel Philippines, a BPO company where I spent almost two years taking customer inquiries under Microsoft Genuine Advantage account. With this experience, I have learned how to handle customer concerns by phone and my foreign language skills has enhanced as well. In addition, I am currently an advertising and public relations student. I do creative writing and copywriting for advertisement purposes. I am also familiar with Adobe Applications. I can do lay outing, basic photo and video editing using Adobe and Microsoft programs. I am expert with MS Office particularly Word and Power Point. My typing speed is 30-35 wpm. I am also fond of taking photos and videos, creating amateur music videos, interviews, tributes, photo slideshows and simple documentary. I am also spending my internship right now on a production firm producing independent Philippine movies. I am currently maintaning 2 personal blogs and a few accounts from different social networking sites. I want a part-time online job where I can use these skills while contributing success to your organization in whichever way.
