Profile Description

I have been working as a home-based Freelance online virtual assistant since 2012. I have been providing administrative services to US, UK, Canada and Australian clients. The things I do are the following:

Bokkeeping using Xero and Quickbooks
Customer Service via Phone and emailEmail Management

Check and respond email inboxes (Google, Freshdesk, Liveagent)
Online ResearchData
 Entry File Management
Creating a team schedule 
Maintaining and organizing client’s business records
Filtering and Sorting emails
Responding to booking inquiries with quotes 
Booking appointments
Prioritizing important emails to bring to the client’s attention
Calendar management
Maintain and organize calendar software with upcoming online appointments, in-person meetings, and jobs.
