When i was still in college, i did data encoding in assessment/cashier department. I also worked as a call center agent for 8 months, the account was a telecommunication account. Our job was to help clients activate their phones and add minutes on their phone, also helped them to connect a long distance call using our card, that was our product. Like a telephone operator, we help them when they cannot do it on their own. I'm also good in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint but not an expert. I always give my best in everything i do and i am willing to learn.
