Before i worked in a call center industry, I am an Administrative Assistant in a Construction Company, I'm the boss's primary assistant, I'm responsible in answering calls and arrange "callbacks" to protect my boss's time. I'm also responsible in bookkeeping, time keeping and filing documents using Microsoft Word. I do encoding as well, so i used Excel a lot. I am a single mom and im so desperate to have a job right now, that is why you should hire me, because, I'm
